Inspections

As soon as the ink has dried on your ratified contract I go to work on lining up all necessary inspections and any others you may want. I will guide you through the inspection process, carefully reviewing findings and negotiating repairs or credits together.

After we’ve identified your priorities, lifestyle needs, and budget, I get to work. With a clear understanding of what matters most to you, I will curate a selection of homes for us to begin previewing that align with your goals making every showing purposeful and strategic.

Settlement

Prior to closing day, I will confirm that all contract terms and timelines have been met, coordinate with the lender & title company, and guide you through the final paperwork with clarity. From overseeing the final walkthrough to helping resolve any last-minute issues, I'm there to make sure the exchange of funds and keys happens seamlessly.
